Central Indiana: Sales Prices and Number of Homes Sold – Both Up!
This includes activity for the past 3 months in the 13 central Indiana counties serviced by MIBOR. Data is from MIBOR’s most recently published statistics. The next publish date is 7/26/10.
Homes Sold in Central Indiana – over 3 month period ending May 31, 2010 Number of homes sold: 7,064 (up 15% compared to the same period in 2009)|
Average Sales Price: $146,581 (up 13% compared to same period in 2009)
Foreclosures: Make up 12% of all homes listed (up 3% over same period in 2009) and 15% of homes sold (down 4% over same period in2009)
